I had my nails by Alex and let me tell you he made me very comfortable while he did my nails. There was hot drinks, cold drinks and biscuits offered to every costumer and the hot drinks were made so perfectly. At first I thought the design was too complicated for Alex but he was very skilled with everything he done. He asked me if I liked every step he done with my nails and reassuring me that if I didn’t like it hed redo it just to keep me happy and relaxed. The nail shop is beautiful when you enter. Friendly staff and nail techs and very welcoming. You can see they are hard workers and they made sure I went home with a set that I absolutely adored. I’m very happy with the service and I would recommend to come and get ur nails done here. I’ll definitely be coming again myself!!

Tommy aka ‘Tommy Handsome’ as he tells us did an incredible job of my nails. Have been going to imperial nails since they opened but I will always be requesting him going forward. Got them done last week and they’re still looking fresh. Tommy, please stay at the salon in Shirley because you’re a wizard 😂 never had so many compliments!
